On OctoI broke my femur, not only was that devastating and extremly painful, it was a blessing because the scans revealed the cancer returned and I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in my bones and liver, my family, friends and UFH continued to be by my side, the support is unbelievable. The physical and emotional roller coaster I was on was challenging, along with my family and friends, Unite For Her was right their by my side, helping me become whole again. I have had such wonderful support from my family and friends since 2012 when I was diagnosed with Thyroid Csncer and underwent surgery and treatment and then that support continued when I was disnosed with Breast Cancer in August 2013.that was a whirlwind with a bilateral mastrectomy, multiple, multiple surgeries and chemotheraphy.
